Hi, everybody!
Well, I guess it’s official — 6 more weeks of winter! (But actually, we expect that in these climes).
AND we had the loveliest Groundhog’s Day party at work today! Aren’t these awesome cupcakes?
So, YAY for Puxatawney Phil and all those other weather predicting critters! And many thanks to Mia, who made the cakes! (Yum!!)

Those cupcakes are amazing! I can’t believe you actually had the heart to eat one.
And did you hear about the woodchuck who bit the mayor? I was mentally cheering the poor beast (not that I wish the mayor any harm) because he was tormenting it – he wouldn’t let it just grab the corncob and run back to its den, which is what it wanted to do. He should have left it alone and accepted that we’re getting 6 more weeks of winter.
(But yeah, we usually do, anyway.)
